Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping
Shipping costs and available shipping options will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and shipping address.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and service selected at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Nieces' GIRLS is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Severe weather
- Carrier Delays
- Holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Lost or delayed packages after they have been accepted by the carrier
- Other circumstances outside of our control
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. Nieces' Girls is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply before the package can be reshipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number when available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking shows that it has been delivered, Nieces' Girls is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
